Batty Beet Cranberry Mocktail
Course Drink
Cuisine American
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Stirring spoon
  • Glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups beet juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the beet juice and cranberry juice into a large pitcher.
  • Stir in the agave syrup until it fully dissolves.
  • Add the sparkling water and stir gently to combine without losing too much fizz.
  • Fill four glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice in each glass.
  • Top each serving with a few fresh cranberries.

Notes

Chill the beet and cranberry juices ahead of time so the mocktail stays cold without needing extra ice that could dilute the flavor. If the drink tastes too tart, add a little more agave syrup one teaspoon at a time. Fresh cranberries float nicely on top and give a pop of color that matches the Halloween theme.
