Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed Oreo cookies until evenly coated.

Let the mixture cool for two minutes, then scoop out portions and shape them into 8 small bites. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt the black candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Dip each bite into the melted candy melts to coat the top and sides. Immediately press two candy eyes and two Oreo halves into the top of each bite to form the cat face.

Let the candy melts set at room temperature before serving.
