Blue Raspberry Monster Mash Jello Shots

Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold blue raspberry lemonade
- 8 candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Place the blue raspberry gelatin mix in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the boiling water over the mix and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add the cold blue raspberry lemonade and stir until the liquid is smooth and uniform.
- Divide the mixture evenly among four shot glasses.
- Place the glasses in the refrigerator and chill until the jello is fully set.
- Press two candy eyeballs gently onto the surface of each shot just before serving.
Notes
Chill the lemonade ahead of time so the mixture cools faster and sets more evenly. The candy eyeballs stay in place best when added right before guests arrive rather than during chilling.
