Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough
  • ¾ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbles
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup diced green bell peppers

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a baking sheet inside to heat.
  • Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on parchment paper.
  • Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough to form the first layer.
  • Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over the Alfredo sauce.
  • Spoon the marinara sauce over the mozzarella in an even layer.
  • Add the pepperoni and sausage crumbles on top of the marinara.
  • Scatter the remaining mozzarella cheese, then cover with the cheddar cheese to create the top yellow band.
  • Finish with the black olives and green bell peppers scattered across the surface.
  • Transfer the pizza on the parchment to the hot baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Keep the Alfredo layer thin so it does not soak the crust. Use full-fat cheeses for the cleanest color separation between the white and yellow bands. Leftovers reheat well in a 350°F oven for 8 minutes to restore crispness without making the layers soggy.
