Candy Corn Layered Yogurt Parfaits
Course Dessert
Cuisine American
Mixing bowls
Spoon
4 clear glasses
- 3 cups vanilla yogurt
- Yellow food coloring
- Orange food coloring
- 1/2 cup candy corn
Divide the vanilla yogurt into three separate bowls with one cup in each bowl.
Add yellow food coloring to the first bowl and stir until the color is even.
Add orange food coloring to the second bowl and stir until the color is even. Leave the third bowl plain.
Spoon the yellow yogurt into the bottom of four clear glasses.
Add the orange yogurt as the middle layer in each glass.
Top each glass with the plain yogurt to create the final white layer.
Scatter candy corn over the top of each parfait before serving.
Make the colored yogurt portions ahead and keep them covered in the fridge so assembly takes only a minute. Clear glasses help show the stripes. If the candy corn feels too hard, swap in a few pieces of dried mango for a softer bite.
