Caramel Apple Cracker Nachos with Peanuts
Course Snack
Cuisine American
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Large platter
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 24 graham crackers
  • 2 large apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Lay the graham crackers in a single even layer across a large serving platter so they form a solid base without much overlap.
  • Spread the apple slices evenly over the crackers, letting some edges of the crackers show for easy grabbing.
  • Warm the caramel sauce slightly if it is too thick, then drizzle it generously across the apples and crackers.
  • Scatter the chopped peanuts over the top so they stick to the caramel.

Notes

Warm the caramel just enough to pour smoothly but not so hot that it softens the crackers. Choose firm, tart apples like Granny Smith to keep the texture bright against the sweet caramel. Assemble right before serving so the crackers stay crisp.
