Rocks glasses
- 8 ounces bourbon
- 2 ounces caramel syrup
- 8 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- 12 pieces caramel corn, for garnish
Combine the bourbon, caramel syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain the drink into four rocks glasses filled with fresh ice.
Add three pieces of caramel corn to each glass as a garnish.
Use a thick caramel syrup so it mixes smoothly without separating. Stir just until chilled to keep the drink from becoming too diluted. The caramel corn garnish stays crisp longer if added right before serving.
