Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add the enchilada sauce, chicken broth, black beans, corn, onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder.
Stir gently to combine everything around the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
Add the cream cheese cubes. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the soup becomes smooth and creamy.
Ladle the soup into bowls and top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
