Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Baking Pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Microwave-safe Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate melting wafers
  • 16 candy eyes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter in a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar until combined, then add the egg and mix well.
  • Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt to the bowl. Stir until a thick batter forms.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the center is set.
  • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan, then cut them into 8 small squares.
  • Place the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second bursts until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over each brownie bite in thin lines to form a mummy wrap pattern.
  • Press two candy eyes onto each bite while the chocolate is still soft. Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

Cut the brownies into even squares so the white chocolate drizzle covers each piece neatly. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days to keep the fudgy texture. If the white chocolate thickens while working, warm it briefly again to maintain smooth lines.
