Double boiler
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Serving board
- 12 ounces white chocolate melts
- 3 ounces neon green candy melts
- 3 ounces neon blue candy melts
- 2 cups neon gummy bears
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup sour gummy worms
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate melts in a double boiler until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto the parchment and spread into 3-inch rounds. Let them set until firm.
Melt the neon green and blue candy melts in separate bowls. Drizzle or dip portions of the white chocolate rounds with the neon melts to create a coated look. Return the rounds to the parchment to harden.
Arrange the coated chocolate rounds in a loose circle on a large serving board to mimic a full moon. Scatter the neon gummy bears, candy-coated chocolate pieces, and sour gummy worms around the rounds to fill the board.
Set the finished board under a blacklight for the neon coatings to shine. Swap one neon color for purple if you want a deeper glow. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days to keep the candy shells crisp.
