Mixing bowl
Measuring cups
Silicone ghost molds
Refrigerator
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold cranberry juice
- ½ cup vodka
- 12 fresh raspberries, for garnish
Pour the strawberry gelatin mix into a medium bowl and add the boiling water. Stir until the powder fully dissolves.
Add the cold cranberry juice and vodka to the bowl. Stir gently until the liquids combine.
Place ghost-shaped silicone molds on a tray. Carefully pour the mixture into each mold, filling to the top.
Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and chill for at least four hours until the shots are fully set.
Remove the shots from the molds and place two or three on each serving plate. Add one or two fresh raspberries beside them.
Chill the molds for ten minutes before filling to help the shots release cleanly later. If the mixture tastes too sweet, a splash more cranberry juice in the next batch balances it without changing the red color. These shots hold their shape best when kept cold until serving.
