Cuisine American
Large Pitcher
Measuring Cup
Stirring Spoon
- 48 ounces stout beer, chilled
- ½ cup gingerbread syrup
- 4 ounces bourbon
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream, for serving
- 4 gingerbread cookies, for garnish
Add the gingerbread syrup, bourbon, and ground cinnamon to a large pitcher. Stir until the cinnamon is fully blended into the liquid.
Slowly pour the chilled stout beer into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine without creating excess foam.
Let the mixture rest for two minutes so the flavors settle.
Pour into four glasses. Top each serving with a spoonful of whipped cream and place one gingerbread cookie on the rim.
Chill the pitcher in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving if your stout is not already cold. Use a chocolate stout for deeper flavor that matches the gingerbread syrup. Adjust the amount of syrup in future batches if you want less sweetness.
