Glowing Green Witch's Brew Jello Shots

Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) lime gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold tonic water
- ½ cup vodka
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the lime gelatin mix into a medium bowl. Add the boiling water and stir until the powder fully dissolves.
- Add the cold tonic water and vodka to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
- Divide the liquid among eight small shot glasses or cups.
- Place the glasses in the refrigerator and chill for at least four hours until the shots are firm.
- Add a lime wedge to each glass just before serving.
Notes
Chill the tonic water well before mixing so the shots set faster. The slight bitterness of tonic water gives the lime flavor an edge that pairs nicely with vodka. If the glow is important, serve under a blacklight. Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for two days.
