Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned and the onion softens, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
Transfer the turkey mixture to the slow cooker. Add the drained white beans, diced green chiles, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, and oregano.
Stir everything together and season with salt and black pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Stir the chili once more before serving to check the consistency.
