Mixing Bowls
Spoon
4 Clear Glasses
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 6 drops yellow food coloring
- 6 drops orange food coloring
- 1/2 cup candy corn
Divide the vanilla yogurt into three equal portions in separate bowls, about 2/3 cup each.
Stir the yellow food coloring into one portion until the color looks even.
Stir the orange food coloring into the second portion until the color looks even. Leave the third portion plain.
Spoon the yellow yogurt into the bottom of four clear glasses.
Add the orange yogurt layer on top of the yellow layer in each glass.
Finish with the plain yogurt layer on top.
Sprinkle candy corn over the final layer in each glass before serving.
Use clear glasses so the three colored layers show clearly. If the candy corn feels too firm, chop it into smaller pieces before adding it to the top. These parfaits hold up best when assembled right before serving since the candy corn softens after sitting in the yogurt.
