Mango Habanero Tequila Punch

Cuisine Mexican
Large pitcher
Measuring cups
Knife
Cutting board
- 2 cups mango nectar
- 1 cup blanco tequila
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 small habanero pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup chilled club soda
- Ice cubes
- Mango slices and lime wedges for garnish
Combine the mango nectar, tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup in a large pitcher. Stir until the agave dissolves completely.
Add the sliced habanero to the pitcher. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so the heat infuses evenly.
Fill four glasses with ice. Pour the punch into each glass, leaving room at the top.
Top each glass with club soda and stir gently once. Add a few mango slices and a lime wedge to each glass before serving.
Adjust the heat by removing the habanero slices after the initial steep if you want milder flavor. Keep the club soda separate until serving so the punch stays fizzy. Use ripe mango nectar rather than fresh mango puree to avoid pulp settling at the bottom.
