Mummy Banana Pudding Pops
Course Dessert
Cuisine American
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 8 small candy eyes

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and place them in a blender with the vanilla pudding and milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture into four popsicle molds or small paper cups. Insert one popsicle stick into the center of each mold.
  • Freeze the pops for at least two hours until they are solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over each pop in a crisscross pattern to create the look of mummy bandages. Press two candy eyes onto the chocolate while it is still soft.

Notes

Use room-temperature bananas for easier blending and a smoother texture. If the white chocolate thickens while you work, warm it briefly to loosen it again. Store finished pops in a freezer bag for up to one week and let them sit at room temperature for two minutes before serving so the chocolate softens slightly.
