Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 clear plastic cups
  • 4 plastic toy spiders

Instructions
 

  • Empty the orange Jell-O mix into a mixing bowl.
  • Pour in the boiling water and stir until the powder fully dissolves.
  • Add the cold water and stir until combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among the four clear plastic cups.
  • Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill until the Jell-O is fully set, about 2 hours.
  • Set one plastic toy spider on top of the Jell-O in each cup before serving.

Notes

Make the cups a day ahead and keep them covered in the fridge so they stay firm until guests arrive. The plastic spiders are for decoration only, so remind kids not to eat them. If you want a stronger orange taste, use orange juice in place of the cold water when mixing.
