Pumpkin Cheese Ball with Crackers and Veggies
Course Appetizer
Cuisine American
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 small green bell pepper
- Assorted crackers
- Carrot sticks and celery sticks
Place the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
Shape the cheese mixture into a round ball with your hands. Set it on a serving plate.
Slice the top off the green bell pepper and press the stem piece gently into the top of the cheese ball to create a pumpkin stem.
Arrange the crackers, carrot sticks, and celery sticks around the cheese ball on the plate.
Chill the shaped cheese ball for at least 30 minutes before adding the bell pepper stem so it holds its form better. The paprika amount can be increased slightly if you want a deeper orange color without changing the flavor much.
