Skeleton Bone Pretzel and Dip Board
Course Appetizer
Cuisine American
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Serving board

Ingredients

  • 16 pretzel rods
  • 8 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared cheese sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Place the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip both ends of each pretzel rod into the melted white chocolate, leaving the middle section bare to create the bone shape. Set the dipped pretzels on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Let the chocolate harden at room temperature for about 15 minutes until firm to the touch.
  • Spoon the ranch dressing and cheese sauce into separate small bowls and place them on a serving board.
  • Arrange the finished pretzel bones around the dip bowls. Add the cherry tomatoes in small clusters to fill empty spaces on the board.

Notes

Make the pretzels a day ahead and store them in an airtight container at room temperature so the chocolate stays set. If the cheese sauce thickens after sitting, warm it briefly in the microwave and stir before serving. Swap the ranch for a spicy version if you want more heat next to the mild cheese sauce.
