Skeleton Bone White Chocolate Pretzel Board
Course Snack
Cuisine American
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Serving board

Ingredients

  • 16 pretzel rods
  • 10 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup black licorice twists

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Place the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted white chocolate. Let excess drip off, then lay the rods on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Chill the dipped pretzels for 15 minutes until the coating sets.
  • Arrange the coated pretzels on a serving board in a loose skeleton shape. Scatter the candy corn and black licorice twists around the edges.

Notes

Chill the board for a few minutes before guests arrive so the white chocolate stays firm. If the coating thickens while you dip, warm it for 10 seconds to loosen it again. Swap the licorice for dark chocolate pieces if you want a stronger contrast without changing the main flavors.
