Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned and the onion softens.
Transfer the turkey mixture to the slow cooker.
Add the white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Ladle into bowls and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and fresh cilantro.
