Add the onion and garlic to the pot. Cook for 3 minutes until the onion softens.
Stir in the minced chipotle peppers, cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute to release the flavors.
Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 25 minutes until the pork is tender.
Season with salt and black pepper. Ladle into bowls and top with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
