Spooky Graveyard Charcuterie Board with Cracker Tombstones
Course Appetizer
Cuisine American
Charcuterie board
Butter knife
- 12 rectangular crackers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese slices
- 4 ounces salami slices
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup grapes
Set the brie cheese in the middle of a large board to act as the main focal point.
Fan the cheddar cheese slices around the brie in small overlapping groups.
Pile the salami slices in two or three loose stacks near the cheese.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on eight of the rectangular crackers. Stand these crackers upright around the board to form tombstones.
Scatter the black olives and grapes in the open spaces to fill the board evenly.
Tuck small sprigs of parsley between the other items so they look like patches of grass.
Stand the cream cheese covered crackers in place just before guests arrive so they stay crisp. If the cream cheese feels too firm to spread, let it sit at room temperature for ten minutes first. Swap the salami for another cured meat if you prefer a milder taste.
