Shot glasses
- 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ¾ cup vanilla vodka
- ¼ cup cold water
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 8 mini chocolate chips
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir until the powder is fully melted and no granules remain.
Add the vanilla vodka and cold water to the bowl. Stir gently until the liquids are combined.
Pour the mixture into four small cups or shot glasses. Leave a little space at the top of each cup for the topping.
Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least four hours or until the jello is fully set.
Spoon or pipe a small mound of whipped cream onto each set jello shot to create the float effect. Press two mini chocolate chips into the whipped cream on each shot to form simple ghost faces.
Chill the vodka ahead of time so the jello sets faster after mixing. Use a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut for neater whipped cream ghosts. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to two days.
