Tart Cranberry Apple Cider Punch
Course Drink
Cuisine American
Large Pitcher
Stirring Spoon
Serving Glasses
- 2 cups apple cider
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
Pour the apple cider, cranberry juice, and lemon juice into a large pitcher. Stir until the liquids are fully combined.
Add the sparkling water right before serving and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
Fill four glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the mixed punch over the ice in each glass.
Drop a few fresh cranberries into each glass and add a couple of thin apple slices on the rim or floating on top.
Chill the apple cider and cranberry juice ahead of time so the punch stays cold without needing too much ice. If the batch tastes too sharp, a quick splash more apple cider will soften it while still keeping the tart cranberry edge. Add the sparkling water only at the last minute to preserve the fizz.
