Witch's Cauldron Chocolate Pudding Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 12 gummy worms

Instructions
 

  • Pour the cold milk into a large mixing bowl and add both packages of instant chocolate pudding mix.
  • Whisk the mixture for about two minutes until it thickens and becomes smooth.
  • Let the pudding stand for three minutes so it can set fully.
  • Spoon the pudding into four serving bowls, filling each one about three-quarters full.
  • Sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies evenly over the pudding in each bowl.
  • Add a dollop of whipped topping to the center of each bowl.
  • Place three gummy worms on top of the whipped topping in each bowl before serving.

Notes

Crush the cookies right before assembling so they stay crisp against the pudding. If you prepare the pudding ahead, keep it covered in the fridge and add the toppings just before serving to avoid sogginess. The gummy worms work best when placed on the whipped topping rather than stirred in.
