Heat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and work them in with your fingers until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for 15 minutes until the edges look lightly golden.
While the crust bakes, whisk the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Pour the pecan mixture over the hot crust and return the dish to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes until the filling is set and no longer jiggles in the center.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
In a small bowl, whisk the powdered sugar, bourbon, and heavy cream until the glaze is smooth and pourable. Drizzle it over the cooled squares and let it set for 10 minutes before cutting.
